CT guided aspiration of retrocrural abscess

A patient underwent a CT guided aspiration of a retrocrural abscess at the T10-T11 level, at our facility. We are now struggling to determine the appropriate code for this procedure. According to the documentation the abscess was at the T10-T11, yet the space entered was the “retrocrural”. Would it be appropriate to report CPT code 49180, Biopsy, abdominal or retroperitoneal mass, percutaneous needle, for this procedure? ...
