Endovascular brachytherapy

Patient presents with stenosis of the femoral and tibial portions of the graft. Distal stenosis was identified in the 1st segment and treated with brachytherapy as well as two additional segments. Brachytherapy was performed to the proximal anastomosis and the femoral portion of the graft. The lesion in the posterior tibial artery and the femoral artery and graft were treated with a cutting balloon percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) and brachytherapy. Our facility is aware of a code for coronary brachytherapy but it appears there is not a code for endovascular brachytherapy. What is the correct CPT code(s) for endovascular brachytherapy of the peripheral vessels? ...
