Patient with conjunctivochalasis or excess folds in the conjunctiva, underwent excision of the excess conjunctiva from the inferior bulbar surface. Excess conjunctiva measured 5 x 20 mm. Our facility considered reporting code 68110, however there is no lesion requiring excision. The indication was there is redundant or too much conjunctiva skin present.
