Clarification: Laminoplasty Internal Fixation Device

Coding Clinic, Second Quarter 2015, pages 20-21, advised to report the root operation Release, for the laminoplasty to expand the spinal canal, and the root operation Supplement, for the augmentation of lamina with allograft bone strut graft. The procedure note in the question indicated that the allograft was attached to a graft plate. The allograft and plate construct were then placed between the cut edge of the lamina on the right and the swinging door and then anchored with screws.
