A summary of the Fiscal Year 2026 (FY 20265) ICD-10-PCS changes effective on October 1, 2025, is provided below. The addenda changes demonstrating the specific revisions to the code titles are not included in the explanations below. The FY 2026 ICD-10-PCS updates, including the complete list of ICD-10-PCS code titles, addenda, and a conversion table showing changes from the previous year are available on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) website at https://www.cms.gov/medicare/coding-billing/icd-10-codes.There are 156 new ICD-10-PCS codes.
