Narrative changes appear in bold text. The complete list of ICD-10-PCS code titles, code tables, Index, Addenda, and a Conversion Table is available on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) website at https://www.cms.gov/medicare/coding-billing/icd-10-codes.CMS is implementing 80 new ICD-10-PCS procedure codes.
