Reprint of Volumes 1 and 2 The National Center for Health Statistics will be reprinting Volumes 1 and 2 of ICD-9-CM with all addendum and errata published since the last printing, including those that will become effective on October 1, 1991. The manuals will be in three-ring binders to facilitate future updating. The revised edition will be available in late summer of 1991.
