Proximal row carpectomy with capitate implant
Patient with posttraumatic arthritis of the capitolunate and radioscaphoid joints presents for a right proximal row carpectomy with capitate implant. An incision was made over the mid-portion of the right wrist, tendons were retracted and arthritic changes were noticed.
