A patient, who is status post glaucoma surgery due to bilateral primary open angle glaucoma, presented for an office visit. The provider’s diagnostic statement listed “Recurrent Seidel positive bleb of left eye, risk for endophthalmitis.” The provider also documented that there was no hypopyon or endophthalmitis of either eye, and ordered continued use of antibiotics.
