July 2022 page 12 Molecular Fluorescent Imaging of Skin For the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) 2022 code set, two new Category III codes (0700T, 0701T) were added to describe molecular fluorescent imaging of nevus or nevi that are clinically suspicious of potential significant atypia or malignant melanoma.
