Radiation Oncology Treatment Delivery
For the CPT 2026 code set, several changes were made throughout the Radiation Treatment Delivery subsection. Most notably, codes 77402, 77407, and 77412 have been revised. Codes 77385 and 77386 have been deleted. This article provides an overview of the intent and use of these revised codes.
