It is appropriate to report code 66180, Aqueous shunt to extraocular reservoir (eg, Molteno, Schocket, Denver-Krupin), for placement of the "Ahmedâ„¢ Glaucoma Valve (AGVâ„¢)." In addition, code 67255, Scleral reinforcement (separate procedure); with graft, should also be reported to describe the scleral graft procedure.
