Tortuosity of the thoracic duct was seen on a previous magnetic resonance (MR) lymphangiogram without clear pathology. PROCEDURE Pelvic, abdominal, and thoracic lymphangiography with lymphoplasty of the thoracic duct. TECHNIQUE Using ultrasound guidance, a right inguinal lymph node was punctured with a 25-gauge needle, and ethiodized oil was injected to confirm intraductal flow of contrast, which was then repeated for a left inguinal lymph node.
