A surgeon performs a manipulation of a palmar fascial cord (26341) on a patient with Dupuytren's contracture following an enzyme injection. To achieve full digital extension, the surgeon applies traction and manipulates the affected finger. After a 10-minute interval, the surgeon repeats the traction process and then repeats it a third time after another 10 minutes. Should code 26341 be reported once for the entire procedure, or should they report it multiple times to account for each repeated manipulation?
