When a TAVR or TMVR is performed, often a BASILICA or LAMPOON procedure is also performed. There is mixed guidance on whether this procedure should be reported with an unlisted code or whether it should be bundled in the primary procedure. Is a BASILICA or LAMPOON procedure reported with an unlisted code, or is this considered a bundled service with the TAVR or TMVR?
