Question: We have a physician whose license is temporarily suspended due to pending criminal assault charges that, while not optimal, are not directly related to the practice of medicine. Plus, he hasn’t been convicted. Do we have to keep him on staff? And if we do and the suspension is lifted, what are our options then?
