Placement of external spinal neurostimulator generator

A patient with chronic low back pain presents for placement of a Stimwave stimulator electrode into the epidural space. According to the operative report, the Stimwave stimulator electrode was inserted and advanced through the epidural space parallel to the L4 body. The wearable antenna assembly (WAA) external stimulator receiver /battery was attached externally to an elastic belt worn outside of the body.
