2015 Coder’s salary survey: Two-thirds of ortho coders got a raise; average increase is 10%
Orthopedic coders, billers and managers got raises in large numbers last year, continuing a multi-year trend. Results of the nationwide coder’s salary survey conducted by DecisionHealth show that the average salary for orthopedic administrative staff increased by 10% to $55,238 last year, compared with $50,016 in 2013.
