Q&A: For Split/shared consults, docs must get specific about their involvement

Question: I am trying to get up to speed on reporting split/shared consults. Here’s a case where the midlevel practitioner saw the patient and so did the doctor. Below is the doctor’s attestation on the midlevel’s note. - does this meet requirement to bill the visit under the doc or is there some specific language that needs to be documented?
