Find-A-Code announces another new feature!

Quickly search for National and Local Coverage data simply enter the LCD, NCD number, description or title in the search box. Local coverage determination (LCD’s), informs you with detailed information to determine whether or not a particular item or service is covered on an intermediary or carrier wide basis. NCD’s include the national coverage polices.

For more advances search options select a specific contractor or contractor type. Search for a particular defined geographic area or “jurisdiction, by contractor.” LCD’s and NCD’s are used for servicing institutional providers, physicians, practitioners, and suppliers.
