Welcome to 2013! Massive Find-A-Code update!

Find-A-Code has posted the changes for 2013 Quarter 1. This massive update includes new information for the following:
  • CPT®, including updated AMA Guidelines (including official Errata changes dated 12/12/2012)
  • HCPCS, including Dental Codes (in the CDT package)
  • Updated Fees, RVUs, and NCCI Edits
  • APCs & DRGs
  • PQRS measures and measure groups
  • Updated Medicare NCDs, LCDs, and Articles
We're also excited to announce a few NEW features:
  • Enhanced ICD-9 search icons. The new "Additional specificity required" icons make it easy to see at a glance which codes should not be billed, and why.
  • CMS HCPCS Long Descriptors. CMS released mixed case long descriptors for HCPCS codes starting in 2013. For consistency, we have continued to use the ALL UPPERCASE version of these descriptors for the time being, and will transition into the new mixed-case descriptors as time goes on.
