 Dorland's Illustrated Medical Dictionary now Available!November 24, 2010 Find-A-Code is pleased to announce the addition of Dorland's Illustrated Medical Dictionary to our line-up of products. Dorland's includes over 150,000 medical term definitions, pronunciation guides, and 1000s of related images.Find-A-Code Subscribers will notice a new sub-section in the "Code Information" section labeled "Dictionary Definitions". In that sub-section you will find the new "Dorland's Medical Dictionary" section:  Find-A-Code has cross-indexed every word in the Dorland's Illustrated Medical Dictionary with the terms found in the code descriptions for CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9 codes and modifiers. And we are working on cross-indexing ALL ICD-10 codes. The cross-indexing involves over 26 billion checks for matches, so it may take us another day or two . When viewing the definitions on the code information page, subscribers can click on the "View Entry" link to see the entire definition entry. Definitions may also include links to other definitions. Use the browser's Back button to return to prior definitions or back to the code information page. So be sure to add Dorland's Illustrated Medical Dictionary to your account and take advantage of this integrated resource to help you code more quickly and accurately. share
