New Payment Indicators for CPT® & HCPCS Codes

  • Non-Facility MUEs
  • Facility MUEs
  • Diagnostic Imaging Family
These Payment Indicators can be found in the "Additional Code Information" sub-section under the main "Code Information" section on the code information pages.  If you cannot see the "Additional Code Information" sub-section be sure you Sign In to Find-A-Code or purchase a subscription today.

Many of the Payment Indicator values are shown with a dotted underline which indicates that you can click on the value and see a pop-up window with more information about that Payment Indicator and/or the current value.

This enhancement was implemented by Find-A-Code based on customer requests.  Find-A-Code continues to enhance and improve our service and is dedicated to providing our customers the best, most up-to-date, and accurate information online.
