NEW: Enhanced ICD-9-CM Code Histories

We are pleased to announce that effective October 11, 2011, Find-A-Code has enhanced the ICD-9-CM code histories to include more information about codes that were added anytime after 1986.  For example, see code 488 below.

ICD-9 Code History

This code's history now shows that it was added on October 2007 and that prior to that time, this particular diagnosis was previously assigned to the code range of  487.0-487.8.
