New Feature: Specialty Search!

1. Head over to the search page (findacode.com/search)
2. You'll now see a drop-down box that lists 18^† specialties (logged in users only). 
3. Select one of these specialties, and then continue searching as normal
4. ICD-9, CPT® and HCPCS codes that belong to the selected specialty will come first in the search results.
