Telehealth was making significant strides in 2019 when suddenly we were smacked in the face with the public health emergency (PHE) due to COVID-19. Due to the high risk of infection, coverage of and the guidelines surrounding payment for telehealth services quickly expanded resulting in record numbers of telehealth encounters in 2020. In this webinar we will go over the telehealth changes affecting 2021 patient encounters as well as some of the issues that may be audited this year.
