Although code 64506, Injection, anesthetic agent; sphenopalatine ganglion, is available in the CPT code set, this code describes the injection into the sphenopalatine ganglion and would not be appropriate to report. When reporting an unlisted code to describe a procedure or service, it is necessary to submit supporting documentation (eg, procedure report)...
