January 2003 page 23c Coding Consultation:Questions and Answers Corrections The statement in the first paragraph on page 3 of the November 2002 CPT Assistant and page 71 of the CPT Changes 2003 book, in the third paragraph under the Rationale, includes a typographical error. The statement, "15 days or more after initial insertion," should be deleted. The rational for this deletion is that these codes were originally proposed with the "15 day" language included.
