October 2015 pages 5-7 Genitourinary Catheter Procedures For the 2016 CPT® code set, several genitourinary catheter procedure codes and radiology imaging guidance codes (50392, 50393, 50394, 50398, 74475, and 77480) were identified as being reported together more than 75% of the time and, therefore, have been deleted along with associated parenthetical references for urinary catheter injection procedures and the imaging supervision and interpretation codes that were previously reported separately.
