November 2017 pages 8-9 Cryoablation of Pulmonary Tumors In the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) 2018 code set, Category III code 0340T, which described cryoablation therapy of pulmonary tumors including imaging guidance, has been deleted and replaced with new Category I code 32994. As a result of this change, code 32998 has been revised and a new instructional parenthetical note has been added following code 32994.
